Kingston Station

If you’re looking for a great meal in a sophisticated urban atmosphere, look no further Kingston Station. This bistro-style restaurant (located next door to Ann Beha Architect’s office) hits the perfect note for a business lunch, dinner, or drink.

Atmosphere & Service

Visitors enter into the bar and café area, which is separated from the larger dining area. Mismatched tables and chairs look casual yet sophisticated, and the vintage white subway tiles and mosaics on the walls add an urban edge. No doubt because of the tiled walls, Kingston Station can get noisy after work, but lunch is always low key, making it a great place to take a client for lunch. The servers are usually knowledgeable about the menu, and attentive without being intrusive.

Kingston Station’s food is delicious. Whether you come for lunch, the menu has a range of options including fresh and unique salads, a great sandwich selection (including the very popular Station Burger), and grown-up comfort foods like macaroni & cheese and steak frites. And, while we’re talking about the frites, don’t miss the opportunity to try them! These truffle frites are phenomenal. The lunch menu is available here.

Dinner is a little more upscale, with a delicious selection of seafood, meat, and pasta (including a few vegetarian options). And, of course, the steak frites are available for dinner. The dinner menu is available here.

Kingston Station specializes in unique cocktails, making it a popular spot for the post-work drinking crowd. While it does get noisy around this time, it’s never so bad that you can’t hear your party. The cocktail menu is available here.

Kingston Station is moderately priced, making it a good option for client lunches and dinners. Lunch entrees range from $9 – $16, with the Steak Frites as the only exception at $23 (not too bad for a 12-ounce steak). Dinner entrees range from $14 – $24.
